As a non-profit association, it has been one of our biggest battles to find venues in central Paris to meet in for our activities - they were either too expensive or inadapted. When we came across this property for sale late 2022, we were amazed at the rarity of such a space in central Paris. So we embarked on this "crazy" adventure to acquire it, and make it available to the community. This is the Paris Epicentre project!

This building, consisting of a 350-seater multi-purpose hall and several other meeting rooms, would allow:

• Gatherings, conferences, rehearsals, performances and celebrations to take place, in a fantastic space and at a reasonable price;

• The ability to host and thereby facilitate various events for non-profit organizations in Paris, France and Europe;

• A positive impact in our city by serving its needs through partner organisations providing services that meets the needs of the surrounding community;

• The creation of a hub, a meeting point for the community, through a coffee shop, coworking space, cultural activities, and long-term educational services.
